Kelly Livingstone .::. Teacher

Salut!

Welcome - Bienvenue

I recently graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a major in History and minors in French and English. I have a wealth of experience working with children and youth and I am the mother of three teenagers.

I have a solid knowledge of basic french and some music knowledge (piano, band and choir in my youth).

I have been substitute teaching in english (all subjects), and many french immersion classes, both early and middle years.

I have volunteered in a high school for the past two years mentoring and tutoring primarily math essentials, English, and social studies/history.

My practicum placements have included grade 4 (science), a grade 1/2 split (all subjects), and a grade 8 classroom (English, Core French, and Social Studies).

Click here to see my resume for more information about my experience, volunteerism, and qualifications.

Please email me at Kelly@KellyLivingstone.ca for substitute or term placement inquiries.

The goal of this website is currently to share my knowledge and to show teachers why I would be a great substitute for their classroom.
As I learn and gain experience in the classroom, I hope to share my successes, and the non-successes I learn from, in order to encourage and help other teachers encourage and help their students as well.
